    You are so right!
    Although I’ve been paddling sea kayaks for over 20 years I’m just looking for my first SUP.
    I tried this board today at 100kg in a very light chop and just could not stabilize myself standing up.
    What would be the next size up in the Starboard inflatables lineup?
    I don’t see anything that is greater than 120 kg rating
    Any recommendation?

      The largest all around inflatable they make is the iGO 12x33. Inflatables will always be a little less stable in comparison to a hard board though since they're thicker and you're standing higher above the water surface. So, if you want the most stable board available by Starboard I personally recommend their hard board Avanti 11'x36". Hope that info helps you out.

    Hello...I need to know if this 11.2 board would be suitable for someone with measures of 6.4 and 95 kgs?
    I have doubts if for the 12.5 or this one.
    In advance, thank you very much for your help. Good video.
    Best Regards !
    PS: In both SUP and windsurfing, I am an intermediate level.

      If you just want a fun all around board then the 11.2 will serve you just fine. But if you want something that has better glide/speed then I would get the 12.5. I hope that helps you out!

    I bought the Zen 12’6 double chamber Touring, any thoughts on that board?

      Sorry, unfortunately I haven't had the chance to test that board out. Should be a good board though!

    Which one would be better 11'4" or 10'8" ? Same starboard in deluxe single chamber construction. I'm leaning towards 11'4" but there is a very good sale for 10'8" so I'm not sure if I should save some money or go with something that could potentially give me a better experience over the long run. Do you think 11'4" would be worth the extra money spent? I'm 80kg if that helps and thinking of carrying sme things with me tke to time on the board. Funny enough the 11'4" has only 100kg capacity when 10'8" with less volume has 120kg capacity lol Please help out!!!!

      Great question! The 11’4” will be the better option for more stability, better glide as you paddle and be more convenient for bringing extra gear on. The 10’8” is a fun board for beach days and families but not as stable as the 11’4”. In my personal opinion I would get the larger board if I were you as I think you will get more long term enjoyment out of it. Hope that helps. 🤙🏼

    What are the dimensions of the deluxe bag? Does it fit Starboard Lima Tufskin 2pc? Or do I need 3pc?

    • @ethanhuffsup
      @ethanhuffsup  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You will need a 3pc if you want it to fit in the bag.

    Which board is the most stable board you have used?

    • @ethanhuffsup
      @ethanhuffsup  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      By far the most stable board I've used and recommend is the Starboard Avanti 11' x 36". It's not the fastest or lightest board, but it does offer incredible stability due to its width.

      @@ethanhuffsup thank you! I currently own a glide but still have not used it. Trying to get over the fear of pain I may incur while trying to get on the board. I’ll get there though. I know I will.

      @@cindylewis7072 Glad to help. 😁 You'll get there and you'll love it! Even if you just go out for the first time sitting down you'll feel more stable and you can get a better feel for your board. Then try standing later when you feel comfortable.
