For SC/ST just cast certificate is required for fee waiver.

@@itsprabhatranjan and then agar kisi sc student ko wo 3 lakh ke lie v educational loan Lena pde to mil skta hai??? And education loan college jate hi process chalu ho jata hai ya hath me ek semester tak ka hostel aur college fees leke Jana pdta h?
