How do you expect any org to sign them if that there mentality? It’s always been the issue with NA and NA CS. You already see the same problems with NA VAL. NA’s biggest problems were players in the scene cared more about their egos and reputations than focusing on winning. Plenty of orgs were invested in the scene but they left after players failed to produce results over and over again. Why invest in a NA team when you can goto EU and know they will treat it like a job? I am from NA and it has always been the issue and you already see it in VAL. Pros rather stream full time then be a pro.
