I like how honest you are with your reviews. It's awesome to say that something is just okay if it is just that. And giving it extra points for portion size and price point is pretty fair of you to factor in. This is my favorite buchu (garlic chives) noodle soup place. There is a branch in Hongdae, within a few blocks from the university. I actually prefer to have it as mixed noodles and have the soup on the side. A bit of broth to make the mixing easier. This place is amazing! Definitely get the chive noodle soup. The restaurant is called Gaio 가이오. A must try~

One more nice vídeo, you are doing an amazing job Jimmy, i will tell one thing to you, you said that pork belly is the most popular meat in South Korea because is the cheapest option, for us in Brazil the most popular is chicken, because this is the cheapest option. Fried chicken is not our first option, most of the Brazilian people prefers grilled chicken, if someday you decide to go to Brazil i know that you will love our food.
