Pray God leads you to the purpose he had for you, and equip you to share the message of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. I as a child was raised up in a church with quite a few older believers who didn't necessarily go out and witness tounbelievers, when I became older God lead me to minsitry that went out to minister his word to tye lost and I learned how to interact and communicate better the gift of Jesus Christ. Its not easy, and it takes time but as long as you are sincere foe Hod to use you it will happen.

I’m an ex-over the road/now local freight truck driver. For people that aren’t aware, the trucking industry is so full of animosity, anger, jealousy, corporate greed, deep deep seated bitterness, ruthless competitive egos, self-reliance abounding, cold hearts, blame gaming, political pride, frustrations, you name it. I have been a truck driver for over 20 years all the while whilst while living a prodigal life of coping mechanisms dealing with the chronic physical pain I have been living with for over 25 years and the adjacent emotional pains that follow, my own frustrations with the world, etc. It is ONLY because of our Lord Jesus, that I am being broken free from all the years of coping mechanisms and bitterness toward myself. I pray that I can be an effective and bold witness of the Good News, in the remaining time that I have. That I can be delivered from and will no longer be enslaved to the timidness and shame, that I allowed to cloud my life for years and years. Thank you for letting me, confess here!

I was just praying about this yesterday. Thank you Jesus for working through Dr. Evans for me.
1) If Jesus is only salvation, then God is unfair, because Americas, South Africa, Far East, North Europe, Oceania were kept in dark, never heard about Jesus for 1500 years. 2) If people can be saved without Jesus, then Bible is unnecessary. 3) If Bible is necessary to make people better beings and increase their chance of heaven, then God is again unfair for providing such book to some and not to others.

I recently joined School of Evangelism where one of our tasks is to preach the good news to the unbelievers. I have no idea how to start. Came to YT and found this. This is definitely what i was looking for. Grateful for the creator and the content of the video. God bless.

Thanks brother i want to share the gospel with people but needed an easy way to do it with love and kindness i prayed to my father and he gave me my answer and now i have confidence in preaching the good news .
I tried to earn my salvation and ended up in tears
This is not the gospel. Tony Evans is a false teacher. It's false , conditioned on man , potential and universal(no mention of election).The true gospel is the good news of the Person & work of the Lord Jesus Christ. In other words, it is concerning who Christ is and what He did to save His elect only. The gospel includes the how and why, which can only be seen by faith.
It is a message that declares how the eternal Son of God came down, took on a body of sinless flesh (John 1:14) as He was born of a virgin (Mat 1:23). He was both God & man in one Person.
He was born under the Law to keep and fulfill it (Mat 5:18, Gal 4:4). He did that, not for Himself, but for all those He represented because they could not keep it themselves. The word of God calls these people the elect or His sheep, among several other names.
His obedient life also included the part of dying. He took on the sin of His people as both a Substitute and Representative of those people. The Bible said He was "made to be sin" (II Cor 5:21) and the way that was done is by God imputing (legally reckoned or charged to the account of) sin to Christ. That means all the sin of all those people God chose was "laid on Him" (Isaiah 53:6). This sin was legally transferred to His account and He then owned it in such a way to be guilty of it all.
God the Father poured out His wrath and hatred toward sin on His Son and had pleasure (Isaiah 53:10) in doing so, in that, He was completely satisfied in Christ as a Sacrifice that met all the demands of His strict Law and inflexible justice. Christ finished the work of paying the penalty of the Law and then said " It is finished" (John 19:30). He secured salvation for all God’s chosen people that would even be born. His resurrection is evidence of the acceptance of His sacrifice to the Father.
The combined work of His obedience to the Law &His obedience unto death on the cross was considered establishing righteousness. This is what one of the Old Testament prophets prophesied as "bringing in an everlasting righteousness" (Daniel 9:24) as Christ died effectually and exclusively for those chosen of God before the world began (Eph 1:4).
This righteousness is what God imputes to His people in the context of giving the life to believe in Christ. This puts them in a state called justification.

Sinner's prayer is beautifully said but it is a lie and unbiblical. It is made up for 2 centuries old and bring no salvation. Nobody in the bible pray sinner's prayer.
The true gospel will bring people to repentance, baptism of water for forgiveness of sin, and receiving Holy Spirit and make them a disciple to bear fruits for the Kingdom of God. Preaching gospel without making disciples is really unbiblical.

Thank you Tony. You are the picture of what a man should be in our society-- rugged, yet kind; common-sensical, yet well-educated. We need more Brothers like you! Not only do you share stories like no one else in your sermons (parables, if you will), but you make the complex understandable in other ways as well. Here's another example of that exact point: in this brief video, you make plain (and easily applicable) what many Christians needlessly fear and avoid.

I'm in the middle of witnessing to a "stranger" on TH-cam. She's 82 and doesn't believe in God. It seems like it was Adrian Rogers who said this. I can't remember, but seems like it was him. He told someone, who didn't believe, to go home and read all the book of the gospel of John. They did and God opened their eyes and they got saved, from reading John. Part of me wants to tell this lady to read the gospel of John. Don't know if it will help or what, but what are your thoughts on that? Think it's a good idea to tell her to read John? Is that a good book for something like that? I'm asking you because of what you said in your comment.

Jesus said the Jewish Scripture cannot be BROKEN (John 10:35). The New Testament goes against the teachings of the Jewish Scripture and Jesus himself. Jesus NEVER preaches a single sermon to the multitudes of the Jewish people telling them he will die for their sins. Jesus believed SALVATION comes from the Jews (John 4:22). The Jewish Scripture teaches to cleanse and purify yourself from your sins by your GOOD-DEEDS (Isaiah 1:16-18). You can EARN your salvation by your works (good deeds). Please bear in mind God does NOT CHANGE His mind (Numbers 23:19).

Amen!! Thank you for this message pastor Evans! I'm witnessing to Mormons and was struggling to relay to them that their way of understanding Salvation is not the Biblical way. I'm going to watch this again and take notes!
Lead them to Isaiah 43:10-11, 44:6, 45:21-22. That there are no other gods. Mormons believe that if they are good enough, they could become gods of their own planet.
They also believe that Jesus was created by God. John 1:1,14 says Jesus is God. If we put our faith in Jesus, then I want to make sure I have the right Jesus.

I believe sharing the gospel is by telling a person your personal testimony on how the Lord saved you and what he has done for you, I believe that that's the greatest thing that you can ever share with anyone because it's about a relationship with Jesus! It made me tear up to find out that you share the true gospel. Not the turn from sin (keep the law) to be saved.
Just simple faith in Christ's work.
How can we go on sinning after what Jesus did for us? Not that I don't mess up more than most, but it sure doesn't satisfy.
A call to repentance is PART of the Biblical Gospel message...it's throughout the book of Acts....granted that does play out into sinless perfection but we are to no longer HABITUALLY PRACTICE SIN...there are warnings to Christians in the New Testament who do this...Ephesians 5 .... Galatians 5 etc....
I was called to preach but I’ve been scared for a year to start preaching because am really a shy person who is always scared to speak to people

Glory to God. The Lord has been preparing me for what is ahead of me. I needed this to how I can with those who do not know the Good News. To stand Firm with Love. Not to be with fear. As I was looking at the picturesque background of that particular location, I noticed all of those beautiful trees on the property. And this came to mind. When you look at a tree, think of Calvary. Jesus Christ was hung on Calvary's tree for you and me. So that we could be saved, sanctified, and set free from the dominion of sin!!

For the last 3 days I've been trying to share the gospel of Christ Jesus with hardcore proud Atheists. Tears coming down right now. Pastor Tony, I feel nothing I've said to all of them has worked. It's seeds thrown on rough dry ground. They refuse and deny with arrogance while casting insults at me. My heart breaks because of what is going to come at them when the time comes to face eternity in hell with pain and regret for rejecting God's opportunities of salvation in His Son Christ Jesus. Crying I tried so hard I said and did everything I could do.
Please pray for me that I will get better at evangelism
Yes, I will pray. God sees your hurt and His Holy Spirit is right there with you. Keeping Leaning on Him.
Sometimes you can say everything and the person still won't believe. Keeping trying but knowing that you're doing your part. God is in control. You never know, the things you say may play back in their head in a few months and then they may accept Jesus.
Super grateful. Going on my first mission trip and this will help me create an awesome message.

God is so great, and so willing, that he will give you whatever you ask for: (1) If you don't want him, he won't force you, (2) If you want to try and earn your salvation, he'll let you, but (3) If you will only trust his rest, he will do it all, as he as already prepared that way!

This is very helpful! I have this friend, and they told me that they dont know if they should believe in God or not. And they are kinda in a rough spot. Wearing bad clothes, saying bad words, and doing alot of things that would be considered very wrong. And I do my best to kinda try to lean them into God without making it seem like I'm forcing it on them, but sometimes it seems like they try to ignore it when I bring up God, or keep saying that they dont know if they should still believe. What should I do?
Pray that God would soften their heart and that they would want to be born again.
