I don't get how Blade doesn't have good synergy with Geopard. His damage doesn't scale off of how low his hp gets like Arlan does. Does he damage scale off of how much HP he eats up?
If he has a shield then u can't stack his follow up attack which requires him to lose hp, having shield means that if u got hit, u won't lose hp thus his follow up attack will take longer to be stacked
Worth pulling is really hard to say for a character in general.... He is definitely skippable and I'm sure we'll get more f2p friendly 5-stars in the future. IMO, pull only if you REALLY want Blade, if you have Team 5-star ready for him, and you really don't want to build Dan Heng for wind coverage.

2:25 his ult increases dmg based on how much hp he's lost
