  • I finally made doors that open and close for day and night. I also made a modular actor that acts as a static camera whenever you enter an area it's placed in. You CAN be inside of an indoor area when it turns from day to night, but once you leave you can't go back inside until it's daytime. The clock is always ticking.

    looks good. I think it would be interesting to try if the characters and mobs were also in 2.5d, but with a smaller thickness. that is, for example, if 1 tile has a thickness of 16 pixels, then the units would have 1-2 pixels, this would give a certain depth and greater compatibility with the world. What do you think about it?

      I'm sure it would look ok but at this point it would be a lot to change it all. All of the assets for characters and enemies are paper sprites.

      think its titled in an early video but think its bein made in Unreal Engine 5
