I was going to ask you about "chop stick" etiquette there, but I found out a lot on another website. it says chopsticks aren't really used there? regardless, it's so close to Christmas, and tomorrow is Wednesday, I just want to thank you and your wife for giving MY wife, and myself such pleasure with your videos, and ALWAYS taking your time to answer our questions. It is very special, I kind of wish I'd had the chance to grow up here. Yes, chopsticks aren't used extensively here, mainly just with soups & hotpots. Love the BBQ food! Stick food nice! Do you like Cat Fish but i prefer Pork BBQ!Smart chimney for letting smoke to the air up there! Love short sausages! Do you? you can try papaya salad with fermented fish call it like Anchovy!Look at they cook really really well and fast too and sure they are professional!Btw nice for watching the video with food all around!

+MrWahid1969 Thanks a lot! In nearly 4 years of living here & eating this food I've never had any problems. There have been a couple of shops I've bypassed though. If the shop doesn't look clean I'd avoid it. Similarly if the food doesn't look fresh I'd avoid it, but in general this food sells as fast pretty much as they cook it. If you do have any problems get to a pharmacist ASAP, they'll sort you out. I hope that helps.
Lovely videos as always. However, I am always wary of eating foods that are made w/ bare hands and without temperature controlled to prevent bacteria growth and spoilage i.e. salad, sushi. I know people who have become violently ill and have to fly trans-pacific home. But, everything looks so tasty. Can you make a video of Thai textile and batik next time around? Thai is not famous only for their foods so a diverse views is greatly appreciated! BTW, your boy is super cute! And your wife is so sweet and kind. Happy New Year 2016 to you & your loved ones.
