He did, he was also published in Blue Book a good bit. This is a reprint from Short Stories, another pulp magazine. According to the the Collector's Index of Weird Tales he had 9 previous yarns in Weird Tales that were not reprints. It appears some were part of a series.

Wow, that's really cool. Contains an Edmond Hamilton novelette. I think of him more as a science fiction guy.
