@@kiwiboy1999 As far as I could tell, the survivor was in the only place he hadn't nuked. In theory he could have specifically avoided the area, but I think he just genuinely missed it.

I love watching Dan and John review the same games. Because of how different their videos are. John creates a relatively fair map with equal numbers for starting villages and sees how the game progresses. Dan goes oh look nukes and then proceeds to offend most of Europe

It's nice that Worldbox is on steam, I've been playing for awhile on phone and even payed for the premium for it. It's quite fun building your own diverse land with different cultures and being a god in a sense
I don't have the cash to get it on pc yet, but I got really obsessed with the game on mobile today (maybe while I was at work lol). The game looks like it could just be about bombing stuff, but as soon as you start renaming cities, leaders and citizens it becomes really addicting because you become obsessed with maybe helping your named factions.

I think the absorbing thing happens when two nations of same race fight, and one takes out both the military and king of the other. Since Angry Villiagers isn't on, the Villiager simply cannot fight in such a situation, and therefore they are absorbed by the other nation. Meanwhile when the races are different absorbing isn't possible, IE like how France killed off Space and didn't just, take their stuff. And, how Mexico destroyed Italy.
