As our temperatures head south here in Birmingham (UK) it's refreshing to watch a sunrise in Melbourne (with a soundtrack to match the spectacle) again as the TACX takes the strain. Because I'm on a spinning bike I would like to know (if possible), effort 3, 4, 5, 6 = average cadence? or even your chain ring 43/15, 43/12 just to make it even more realistic. I would appreciate any info. At the moment my chain rings are 43/15 and for the efforts 3 = 3% incline and so forth. Thanks for the great videos. 🇨🇦

Is there a link which shows effort levels? Is it based on heart rate zones? A specific device such as Wahoo cadence, or speed measurements? I appreciate the help. Beginning cyclist, try to rehab my two knee replacements. :)
I like having CTXC's display as a 'template' to set my own effort levels according to my personal needs and machine I use. Everybody's fitness level is different + machine is different so I just factor that into the situation for my current abilities. Like effort level 3 is my effort level 1, etc.
