Hi Ed, been trying few of your videos, to relieve chronic sciatica on right with particular sharp buttock pain especially bad mornings. If I get it I'll eventually be keen to visit your upper back straightening retreat, looks interesting.

Hip strengthener is great, my right hip more fwd.
R shoulder/neck gets tight from moving hand up over head, can I do exercise without moving hand so high?

    • @EdPaget

Yes, alter it for your specific situation

      Thanks Ed.
Tried this for a week. R ankle/foot started to hurt, lock up.
Measured dorsiflexion, my R ankle 2 inches less than L, can't touch wall on R.
Been told for years got R anterior pelvic tilt, I do ab exercise which helps abit, but feel R ankle, glute not connected/firing & R knee & ankle creaks on these moves!
Tryg your ankle rehab instead for now which is helping.

Being that my right hip is rotated forward and my right leg is shorter than my left leg due to scoliosis, where should my focus be?

Have a Tight/short Right QL and High Right Hip (shortened Right glute muscles)
In this case I would put my left leg up on the table pushing down.. while the right leg pushes forward
