My friend is deaf and uses the Sonic Bomb Alarm Clock. You put the vibrating disc in between the box spring and mattress of the bed so when it goes off, the bed vibrates to wake her up. There is also an alarm clock with an adapter that makes her table lamp flash when her alarm goes off.
