iSpani 7 - Episode 44: Marine millwright

Millwrights are both craftsmen and specialised tradesmen, iSpani Hustler Kavish from Durban has gone from being a jack of all trades to master of most in the busiest warehouse in the Port of Durban. But he isn’t stopping here, millwrights are also in demand as training officers and that is the next step for Kavish. Sharing and inspiring new entrants as they install, maintain and repair marine machinery and mechanical equipment, including electrically driven machines and/or electronic control gear. iSpani joins Kavish and his inspiring Mentor Sylvia Siyo as he makes the transition from tradesman to training officer.
