Thanks! The gland is right above the money muscle and is often right through the fat that runs across it. As for how it would be in ramen is questionable. However, I said the same thing about birria until I had birria ramen 😂 . But, I think because the birria is savory it plays well in ramen. Because, this pulled pork is more sweet than savory it may not work as well. Perhaps with a more savory rub it would allow for this to be a better suitor.
