Pretty sure it's new driver - with little experience - about dumping & putting back the trash 🗑 cans & and when dumping it was fast . In this case ! Call 📞 their company - supervisor and the go 🚶and take care of the situation . Not a big deal - that happens. Not Not cry - like this lady .
Im a guy who drives these trucks those cans that break are cheap cans...companies are buying the cheaper and thinner cans ite not the drivers fault..now if the driver sees it break hes supposed to report it and have it replaced...sometimes we dont see stuff falling out of the truck...now you wanna hear a ISSUE????. LETS TALK ABOUT YOU NOT USING TRASH BAGS!!. 70% of the homes i pick up dont use trash bags your garbage is flying everywhere when i dump it into YOUR NEIGHBORS YARD and then YOHR neighbor looks at me like its my fault....and most of that 70% that dont use trash bags are the ones who owns a 300k dollar homes....now i see how you pay on that home you dont buy trash bags....
This is not the drivers fault he did everything right bins like this for very cheap and that’s with the city buys them plus it’s not the drivers fault the truck is breaking garbage cans and he picked up a garbage he could keep in mind drivers have to keep up with route times and can’t pick up every tiny piece of trash and may not see it the city will also replace garbage cans if they’re broken just a thought

Amrep Side Loader trucks are known to break Cans when the drivers revv the engine. As well as the arm whipping the can when the arm goes down.
Yeah Amreps aren’t bad, I’ve never driven one at least. My god do they fuck up carts tho.
