He de admitir, que en España nunca he oído hablar de este guitarrista, sin embargo, opino que debería ser considerado y admirado por la comunidad guitarrística. Si pusiéramos un disco de Segovia o uno de Evangelos, habría poca diferencia. Tiene uno de los sonidos más cantabiles y llenos que he escuchado. Bravo.

I can't say anything on the best, but he sure is one of my favorites. I love the way he plays.
However, when people wanna go on about best guitarist and all they name are rock players like Eric Clapton and Duane Allman, while outstanding in their realm, I don't think they compare to classical & flamenco guitarists.

Isaac Albéniz a composé tous ses morceaux pour le piano. Quand on écoute Evangelos la guitare est bien plus expressive et reflète bien plus l'âme Espagnole que le piano. Magnifique.
