I am an experienced nail tech but my nail art is predominantly stamping nowadays. I had planned to go back to basics this weekend and do some practice with my hand painting brush techniques. This refreshed my memory on training done many years ago and will be really useful. Thank you.

Do you think you need to be able to draw to be successful at nail art? There are some designs on your videos that look achievable and others where you do figures, faces, pictures and sculptures are just way beyond what I could do! Love watching your videos, I’m learning so much. Would definitely enroll in an online course if you had one 💕
There has certainly never been a better time to practice brush strokes. I mean, we are all sitting at home for a month now, and going to be here for at least another month. We're just trying not to go stir crazy at this point. Consistent brush strokes are much more difficult than people think-- especially when your entire "canvas" is the size of, and actually is, a fingernail. It's not the Declaration of Independence on a grain of rice, but it's not that far from it, either.
Acrylic, water colors, alcohol inks, regular nail laquer, gel polish and probably a few mediums I haven't mentioned. I wouldn't use oil paints because they take too long to dry, and they tend to be made with toxic ingredients.
I wonder if someone like me can still take one of those nail courses not to become a nail technician but to do nails on myself, the thing is; I’m left handed, I have 0 creativity or imagination and I can’t draw anything to save my life lol I mean I can’t even do a circle 🤪
Looks like a water colour set from aliexpress to be honest not saying that it is bad . I have water colour paint from aliexpress and it is my best paint
