Job well done Lisa! My husband takes care of all things food in our house, from shopping to organizing to cooking to the fridge, and I’m not sad about it 😅 I often have to ask him where something is. He loves doing it and who am I to keep him from something he loves. He is very organized and nothing is ever out of place. I treasure it and feel very blessed 😊
You did a great job. It's not in my wheelhouse anymore...lol. So, a couple of years ago I hired professionals to organize my pantry, laundry area and hall closet. Best thing I ever did. Two years later they are still tidy.😊
Hi Lisa, like you, I have an Asian basket, oils and vinegars basket, condiments basket in my larder. Once I open jars I then do refrigerate, purely because I prefer pickles cold. I know it’s recommended to keep once opened refrigerated but I’m sure there’s enough vinegar and preservatives to allow them to be in the pantry for a short while. I don’t always go on labels. Xx
You did a great job Lisa 😍. We recently refitted our kitchen and have mostly drawers instead of cupboards at base level. We store food, crockery and pans in the drawers. You can just pull them out to see what you have got instead of fumbling around in a cupboard, especially a corner cupboard xxx
We converted our understairs cupboard and now have a lovely little ‘larder’ with a big spice rack on the back of the door. I always put opened jars in the fridge, do that does help save larder space.
Morning Lisa, just wanted to say be careful with blocking the air vents on top of the microwave as that can cause it to overheat. I speak from experience 🙈
Thanks so much, to be honest it rarely gets used. Mainly to do frozen peas or sweetcorn for a minute or so. It's not something I use much and only for a minute when it does get used xx

Hi Lisa - I wa sinspired by your last decluttervideo and had a good stab at clearing kitchen drawers. Thank you. Now I will use this video to inspire me to sort my pantry. Jars are good- to decant stuff and then I use the old fashioned label machine to punch out names of stuff. Very retro!!! Love your videos. Diolch from Wales. We use to have so much in our pantry and we just decided we did not need to have so much stock, as we live 2 minutes from our local shops. For us, It’s just not worth having so much excess stock. If we don’t have something in the pantry, we either quickly drive to get it but more often than not, we just make something else🤷♀️But each to their own.

Love that! We work in that way too, we do the jobs we enjoy. I enjoy the food side, ade enjoys washing. He deals with the majority of the laundry 😊

In the US, pickles and olives usually print on label "refrigerate after opening." Even sauces and syrup.

We can go days and days without going to a store. So I like to be well stocked. With us both working from home this works so well for us x
I have a small kitchen so have to keep it tidy . I don’t have an abundance of food and treats. I don’t bake so that helps.
