    Ingredients:
    - 1 small cabbage, shredded
    - 1 can (about 4.4 oz) of sardines in oil
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 tablespoon olive oil
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Optional: red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    3. Add shredded cabbage to the pan and cook until slightly softened.
    4. Drain the oil from the can of sardines into the pan for added flavor.
    5. Add the sardines to the pan, breaking them apart.
    6. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender and the sardines are well incorporated.
