INGREDIENTS:
1 whole bangus
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup sliced tomato
1 pc banana chili pepper (you can use finger chili)
2 cups coconut cream (kakang gata)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp tausi (drained)
3 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
Green onions
