Always a good sincere question to ask.
I always check my Snellen, to confirm that I am improving.

In using these methods, I always ❤ check my Snellen at home, to make certain I reach and pass the DMV requirement, at home.
As an Engineer, I also use test lenses to confirm 👍 my refraction status.
I wish that more of your patients could learn this.

That’s great it Otie! The engineer brain 🧠 is quite open to such things.
Yes we do provide all the instruction and support our patients need and require! 🙌🏾

You will always get this question, what ever you do.
I advocate myopia prevention, and I get the same response.

It's very hard to find any information on the internet about the negative side to syntonics. In my daughter the first glasses triggered extreme anxiety where she didn't dare go on elevators or downstairs to her bedroom. Then the red glasses were used to correct that and we ended up with a brain that was so overestimulated she couldn't sleep even though she eas exhausted and even her voice box changed. It was truly traumatic for the whole family. This was 4 years ago and she still has not fully recovered. This happened with just 2 minutes per day.
If anyone is doing VT with syntonic light therapy with a preschool child I recommend watching very very closely for any changes in behavior.

It is why I make videos about it. It is essential that people seek out therapy from clinics that use this approach not just as an adjunct but as their main approach. This is because one must know how to properly prescribe this for varying cases and individuals and also know what to do in the outlier cases like your daughter to balance out the nervous system. We have people who come to us after going somewhere else with stories that make my jaw drop. Do not let the simplicity fool you. This stuff is powerful and must be taken seriously and not every clinic who claims to offer it really know what they are doing.

Oh wow, sounds scary. Prayers she finds relief soon

@@Rccr6554 we have used this therapy with thousands including infants, which includes Dr Julie’s child and father. The child is now a teenager and dad is still kicking 🦵. The point is we don’t just dabble but know what we are doing and have hundreds of testimonials to back it up. So anyone reading this should think twice about watching Dr Julie’s videos and then running to someone else to get what they think is the same treatment. Now with that said even that incidence above is a rare exception.

Dr. Julie, the reason I posted the comment about my daughter was so that other people know how powerful this light therapy is. We were with a Vision Therapy office that was the "real thing". She did regular "syntonics checks" where she charted vision color fields. I believe that these symptoms can happen to anyone! I was often standing behind and holding onto my daughter as she was coloring on the window and noticed some changes to my own mental health! People need to be aware that these are as strong as any prescription medication and should come with a warning about potential long term side effects! Please don't downplay it as being a the "fault" of the therapist..I believe Dr. L only had our daughters best interests in mind but the research is lacking.

@@willb8042 Hi Will, thanks for clarifying. The point is that the effects very likely could have been mitigated and didn’t have to be what it was.
The reality is part of the issue is how the protocols are designed and prescribed because it’s not just as straightforward as it may appear even to a doctor. I say this because I train doctors on how to administer this therapy effectively and have also seen many cases of people who come to us after similar adverse effects and I would not recommend what they were given and thus it was easy to see why the reaction they got occurred. Often the have to be titrated up or down to accommodate sensitivity among other things.
I absolutely agree with you on the potency. And hence wonder if people know what they are asking for when they ask where they can buy it to use on their own. Definitely don’t want to do that.
      Thanks again for sharing.

What other things can cause this problem other than a stroke or head injury?

Are there any research validated documents or theoretical documents to guide us? My wonderful provider doesn’t have a specific protocol. I don’t want to continue to suffer and add more side effects - ruby seems to increase dizzy and nausea and make me very excitable. I have ptsd and I’m sympathetic drive for a long time. Need to increase energy but also reduce fatigue and minimize anxiety alongside photophobia and visual snow.

Not sure what to say here Jay. We can’t provide instruction on treatment over TH-cam or instruct another Doc on how to treat their patients for many reasons. If the person you are working with isn’t capable or qualified by experience to solve your problem then perhaps consider other options?

Syntonics totally wrecked my brain. I only did a few sessions and it made my brain injury symptoms 100%worse.

I had anxiety from the red light. I already have a history of anxiety/panic and I had to come to this channel to get answers. I hadn’t slept in days and was really wired. I called my Dr March 28 and he had his receptionist call me back TODAY APR 19. I feel like he’s way too busy to take proper care of people. I would feel a lot better getting therapy with Dr Julie but I’m on the east coast. Im in Delaware…40 min from Philadelphia ….surely there must be someone who knows what they’re doing. Stacey I hope you’re feeling better.
