It just depends what that yard pays for them. If it's a good enough price you should just sell them the way they are (especially if they don't check to see if any of them are zinc).
Hey man, been watching your vids andit has been helpful. I loaded up some HMS2 and while the locals will agree on the classification they will not accept it. Do you have any suggestions? Been calling around to 5 yards and they will only take HMS1 or shred. The girl today said $245, thenI got there and it was $170/nt take it or leave it. Then they send a guy out to sort it and THEY pick up MY $55/ton.Thanks.
id like to be able to stack it more but nop no choice 2 trip to the yard per day is my buisness plan maybe one day ill buy a cubic truck but so far little mazda do the job lol
Not your best video. But I still liked it. You give good video. I live in an auto wrecker, which is decidedly different than working at an auto wrecker, and the price is up for crushed cars. The owner here has his own crusher and sells right to the mill, no middle man. He is getting $200CAD/ton. 300 cars processed in March. But the rules he follows (he refuses to call and ask questions) are infuriating. The amount of waste I see is mind numbing. No idea why I am ranting. Keep up the videos. Even if they make me cry. Not really. Just inside. :-)

175 a ton right now for sheet metal
Shred steel here is about $650 a ton
