Recipe:
1 box jumbo shells
Minced garlic
4 cups heavy whipping cream
3 cups of cheddar cheese (OR 2 cups parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella)
2 tbs creole seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup of diced onions (or substitute for onion powder to flavor)
2 tbs butter
2 tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large saucepan set over high heat, bring water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a separate saucepan set over medium-high heat, add butter and oil. Once melted, add garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until lightly browned.
Add heavy cream, 1 cup of cheese, 1 tablespoon of creole seasoning, and Italian seasoning and whisk to combine. Bring cream sauce to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes to thicken. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Remove from heat and pour into a baking pan. Set aside.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded chicken, onions or onion powder, 1 cup of cheese and remaining creole seasoning.
Stuff room-temperature cooked shells with chicken and cheese mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.
Place in the bottom of sauced baking pan.
Cover with shredded cheddar or mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted and is bubbling. Remove from the oven. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Put a couple of white books or a white and blue book under the ginger jar and that’ll make it look more grounded and larger in the space
Hi Tori! I learned if you "grate" your onions into your recipes, people who claim they dont like onions cant even tell they are in the recipe 😊 its usually a textural thing, especially with kids.
I do this all the time! I think the onion "juices" from grating it give it a stronger flavor as well. Great idea for kids
You can put a couple books under the urn. And some greenery in with the hydrangeas. Spring is here. And all the fun outdoor stuff that comes along with it. ❤

Hi Tori! Since you love the blue shades so much I think another bunch of blue toned hydrangeas would look really pretty in that other pot on your island next to the white ones. 😉 Also a natural grass weave roll down shade or simple lacey curtains would look nice on your kitchen window to add to that vintage coastal look.

Hi, I have a suggestion…the package flour has flour in it to keep the cheese from sticking together..if you rinse it with a strainer it will remove the flour and your chicken mixture won’t be thick…it looks good can’t wait to try the chicken dish…love your videos and you decor ideas..have a blessed day💗💗💗
