Brilliant. I never would have solved it.
After you move your king to protect the pawn (on G6) black is not forced to H6. Instead he can move back to G8. I know you can still force the win but you should have followed this line too.
Very nice puzzle. I figured out pieces of it as you went along, but was not even close to getting it from the start.

@@ChessFinalzero i don't think so. If black does good moves and White Is not careful there can be a stale mate
