I always enjoy your videos. You have a good variety of subjects, most of which are applicable to the things I do around here. And I appreciate that you show the mistakes. That helps to prevent me from making them myself. I guess you could say that you're my guinea pig. I've used a lot of your ideas to save me time. Saving time means more projects completed. More projects completed means that I have time to dream up more projects. Well, I'm sure you know how that goes. Looking forward to the new ideas you have coming up. Keep up the good work!
I did a receiver hitch ten years ago and chain hooks…. Best mod ever!
That receiver looks great and will be perfect for moving around your trailer type equipment and other pulling applications. Bolting is the best option for easy removal of the receiver if needed. The mag drill worked great. I enjoyed the video thanks
Yep works like you wanted it too. It make a good knee knocker .lol
Don't forget the hitch in when you back it into your shed space when you put it away!!!
You might want to invest in a set of transfer punches (they're not very expensive). Think "set of drills", but with a center punch end instead of a cutting end. Find the punch with the diameter of the hole you're trying to align and give it a tap, just like a center punch. Ta da! A punch mark at dead center where you need to drill the hole.
Great mod for the box blade. Can't wait for tomorrows video to drop. The suspense is killing me.
Like how you bolted it instead of weld. Gives you flexibility to easily remove or modify. May do something like this with my box blade.👍
The punches you should look for are called transfer punches. They are not very expensive and very useful.
Howdy Brock! Great idea and well done. Can't wait to hear about and see the new equipment! Thanks for sharing 🤠
Awesome Brock! Please keep the reviews coming too. Other than possibly hitting the receiver with a little dirt and rocks, I don't see why it won't work just fine.
No eye protection...., just close one eye😂.
Then there's only half a chance that something will hit you in the open eye.
That new equipment is coming just in time to submit tax business expenses for 2023.
Now your thinking like a profitable/successful business person.👍🏻
Hey brock I just watched a video of you and your Dad at the okie home steed with jack from speed bump garage filming you and your father what a great video he did it was great brock
Great video Brock. This is a good idea. Moving trailers around is something I do ALL THE TIME. It’s so much easier with the tractor than with a truck. May have to copy this idea somewhat. And I love the tease out on the new equipment. I did the same thing with my new skid steer getting dropped off. It’s fun.
I like the idea!
I know you mentioned you didn't want a drop hitch, but sometimes they come in really handy and you could use it on the front and rear. You may be able to find a used one or get one from vevor. Just a thought.
Silver sharpie for marking metal. Gets it on without the run
I think I’m going to do this with my box blade this weekend! Great idea!!
Spot on Brock I modify every thing I own .
Like the idea and might use it, thanks!
I like the mag drill, seems to work good and would be a big upgrade for me. Your adapter works like a champ, good upgrade.
Very good machine.
Well that works really nice! Good Job!
Looks handy
Great idea Brock. Will be handy
You need a set of transfer punches can find them at Harbor freight
Can't wait to see that new piece of equipment! Maybe leave it out hidden far away in the background like an Easter egg for a while and see how many people notice it. :)
That would have been fun, but I just recorded a full video, showing the new equipment and that will be out tomorrow
I figured you would weld it.
That mag drill is really cool. Most of our holes are burned with a cutting torch, not pretty!
Good night my friend
Spray paint for your holes
This is interesting. I just did my first weld fixing the tailwheel on my brush hog. I have some hooks I plan to weld to the bucket but this is a great idea as an easy improvement. My tractor has a ball on it already but its always blocked by whatever I have on the back as I never operate without something hanging off the back.
Great idea
i put the ball bolted on top and i found that the top frame is thin metal and will easily bend.
Hmm maybe you bought one of Paul's old 🚜's? Getting rid of some equipment possibly.
That mag drill is pretty cool!

I was hoping you would use the bore drill. Great idea to put the receiver on the back.
Thanks
Brutta just use what you have on hand to get the job done, it’s not “Ask this old house”😂 good job!
Yeah, some people are annoyed by that and some people appreciate it.
If I wanted to look more professional, I could’ve went and bought the correct oil or found the exact right hammer you’re supposed to use with those punches.
Perfect set up probably would have used a horizontal hitch mount but I already had this one
I try to do it the way I would do it if the camera wasn’t on
You can use bar and chain oil also, about anything better than penetrating oil.
That's some "boring" content right there! 😂🤣👊
🥁🥁🥁😆😆
Hi friends!
Engine oil would be OK for cutting oil, perhaps?
Safety third.
Hey brock did you put larg heavy washers on the back side of that receiver cause I know the steel on the implements isn't to thick some heavy thick washers lol
I had pieces of bar stock with holes in them from a previous time using the same receiver
👍👍
Just get the cutting oil and thank us gear heads later. Like I said they make it in an aerosol cans or bulk cans so you can use a hand held oil pump can. The reservoir isn't needed and you'll have more control over how much oil you need with a pump can.
Right. I just didn’t feel like driving into town yesterday morning, but I will
Nice mod! Love that drill 👍 do you worry at all about the receiver filling up with dirt if you push backwards with the rear blade?
We just have a ball on top of ours
Wonder if bar chain oil would work?
Brock thank you. Great idea and use. What microphone do you use in your videos. Your audio is great in your videos.
I use this mic: amzn.to/45MjNrI
With this wind sock: amzn.to/473rQkV
Thanks for watching
@RockhillfarmYT Thank you Brock. I'm looking forward to your new equipment to arrive.
safety glasses
I see that getting packed full of dirt all the time.
Please use safety glasses take it from some one who has had to learn the hard way and have a sliver of steel drilled from my eye 👁.
will not be able to turn too sharp without a very long tongue for other trailers. Backing up with that box blade flopping side to side will be a challenge
I've never noticed my box blade flopping.
You can tighten them up with the turnbuckles…
NOT A COMPLAINT JUST AN OBSERVATION
when using Punches or metal working chisels you should really use Ball pain hammer instead of a Wood working hammer like you did buddy
Did u use your solar setup or electric?
I used our homemade solar for the mag drill, and the Geneverse for the lights
What are you going to call the video when you forget about the receiver that is sticking out. And you smack your leg.
Not if but when
@@RockhillfarmYT exactly
I don't know why you tubers don't invest in 20 dollars for a set of transfer punches
