In Louisiana its been a month, but can plaintiff just submit to them Discovery together as they file sue with complaint
    Or discovery
request for admissions or have to wait on motion to dismiss be Denied
Do you have to turn something in before doing discovery request for admissions

None of our attorneys are licensed in Louisiana so we can't help answer this question.

Can you ask for the process to proceed before the 6 months? After all the evidence is exchanged

The 6 month period is set by statute in Georgia but you can always ask the court to shorten it. Expect push back from the defense though.

Can you submit evidence AFTER the discovery phase but BEFORE a trial begins?

It really depends on your state, the judge, and what remedies are available to the other side for late disclosure. Some judges work with you if there is a reasonable excuse for the late disclosure. Others take a hard line exclusion approach.

@@WILLIAMSELLEBYwhat if a defendant gets access to surveillance discovery of beating up the complainant could the defendant get in trouble for posting it on social media or sharing it in the first place?

What if the defendant sealed the paper work and evidence.
