Thing is though when is the identifying envelope going to be opened? Is it going to be at the same time as the outside envelope? Will there be scrutineers present at the opening to make sure the destruction of the inside envelope is done immediately? Before any identity theft can take place or ballot papers can be destroyed. This is the most important election in 30 years, and given the amount of blatant corruption and secrecy in all matters ANC and financial funds paying off officials. - who will be guarding those SEALED ballot boxes while in transit and storage till counting actually starts? Please don’t say the police or army - who is trustworthy these days.

Why is there a picture of Nelson Mandela at the voting station? That is against the code of ethics of fair voting process.
