Nile Rodgers is THE man, he knows a great voice when he hears one. Rebecca Ferguson certainly has one of the most beautiful voices in modern music. This is a lovely combo. If the most talented man has any sense & the most talented lady also has any sense, they will realise we have a bit of Chic gold going on here. The amazing album he produced with Diana Ross was one of her best moments in music in my opinion. So many huge hits came from that collaboration. I have faith that should these two mega music lovers were to head towards the studio we could have ourselves another brilliant album just like the Diana Ross. No collaborations though, let Rebecca shine & she will deliver. Please....
She was always one of my favorites from X Factor UK. Beautiful and unique voice, humble personality, lovely human being. I hope she's achieved some success in the UK. I'm not aware of any success she's had in the U.S. Would be so great for her to get in the studio with Nile and his team and make a great record that launches her to worldwide success.
Rebecca spoke out against the abuse in the music industry which closed many doors for her. Poor girl, like many others she endured terrible things and was bullied. She's just released a new album on her own terms. It's fantastic.
