I would actually argue that Cinna is both Daedalus and Icarus, while Katniss has a bit of Icarus and the sun in her. Cinna is Daedalus inventing the wings of the mockingjay that literally inflame- and it is his designs, built on fire that end up melting him and leading to his death.
Your dissection is incredible and I never noticed the Theseus parallels somehow. I have to say though my utter hatred of Theseus is screaming at the idea that Katniss and Theseus are supposed to be mirrored characters
