Valon Viulu (Violin of Light) creates music to empower people, offering a way to open up to your own core of light and love.
Matkalla kehoon (Journeying into the body) was created for my friend J as a tool to assist the experience of 'simply' being in the body rather than in one's mind. I know, it is simple only after you have learned how, because it requires non-doing, non-assessing, non-thinking - just being.
Music has a tremendous potential to bring us into the now. It can help raise us above the stream of mental chattering, as we allow us to open up to the currents of flowing vibrations.
