Can the aaroh of raag bageshri start with N? This raag where I was taught, started the aaroh with N. Bit confused if the basic raags followed from 2 sources.

yes, you can do in teen taal too.
In Different bandish of same raag, will the taans remain same or does the taans vary with the different bandish of same raag?
you can make new ones or use these ones too. The process comes with learning the raag in depth.
