    This is so important. Feet are a CRUCIAL investment. You inspired me to buy barefoot grounding shoes which have changed me. I was shocked by what I was missing out on wearing insulated shoes. I now live in them and can run in them 6 days a week without issue. And now after watching this incredibly informative video I can see there is much more I can do. You simply are incredible and you look so exquisite on your barefoot walk, thank you for your passion and inspiration our Barefoot Warrior Goddess. xxxxxx

      But dear @@miinbarefoottrainer, "insulated shoes" are shoes, made by robots in a factory and bought with money from a store. For fashion. But our feet are made by our mother, The Nature, for free. Health is the greatest wealth.
      In fact, God has written a scripture on Creation that you can only read walking with your bare feet ~ 🙏🏼

    Love the video but I almost turned off right away because you were wearing shoes for the first few seconds. I have seen too many videos that seem to be about barefooting and turn out to be about shoes. Im glad i stayed tunned. Sorry I dont need your barefoot training classes. I started to go barefoot over 3 years ago when i realized that my 15 year back pain was gone when barefoot. I am now full time barefoot . I started hiking barefoot at first and progressively added a bit of running in trails. Now at age 64 I can trail run 5k on any kind of surface even broken glass and even participated in a 3 k obstacle course in the forest. I did not come in first but i did not come in last and i was one of the oldest and the only one barefoot. I look foward to follow your barefoot journey. Liked and subscribed

    🔴 We were all born barefoot and born to live barefoot. The human feet that we were given by God - or nature or evolution if you prefer - were designed and intended to function and serve us well without “support” or otherwise needing to be covered or bound up in footwear.
    There is no logical reason why anyone would ever need to have their feet, including their soles, covered or “protected” by shoes or other footwear, with the exception of certain conditions that would immediately or very quickly cause injury or damage - such as extreme weather conditions, caustic chemicals, fire, or similar conditions. Mere risk or what if are not necessarily good or logical reasons for needing footwear, but only personal preferences.
    So, keep calm and walk barefoot on the earth : 🦶🏻☺🦶🏻🌍

      So well said👏❤ Our feet gets stronger and more resilient the more we expose them to nature.

      💚"Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings.
      It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness.
      It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature".- Adele Coombs, “Barefoot Dreaming” 🌿🦶🏻😊🦶🏻

    Barefoot training to me is important, but walking around barefoot is just not worth the risk. Just wear thinner soles. Not worth contracting, ringworms, HPV virus, or even ringworms. So please, as much as I would encourage people to train barefoot, I do not encourage everyone to walk around the city barefoot. Don't jump into it, just because it is a fitness trend.

    • @miinbarefoottrainer
      @miinbarefoottrainer  29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks for dropping your feedback. So glad to hear you agree that barefoot training is important. Barefoot walking should not be seen as a trend. If a person is not used to walking barefoot, definitely do not walk into the city - practice mindfulness, precaution and walking barefoot inside one's own home and garden first. Barefoot walking also has grounding/earthing benefits that include improved circadian rhythm, reduced stress, faster wound healing and anti-inflammatory benefits. If you try it for at least 20-30 mins a day (find a safe garden space), you'll definitely feel the effects!🥰🌿🌿Most people suffer from foot dysfunctions that have only worsen and became chronic from wearing shoes, such as Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciiitis, severe bunion, hammer toes, and joint arthritis - suffering on a daily basis. The dysfunctions affect the knees, hips and lower back directly. The real concern is not ringworms. Again - walk barefoot as often as we could because it can help improve all the dysfunctions above, but practice precautions and get proper guidance.

      @miinbarefoottrainer if you're talking about dysfunctional ability of your feet, I reckon it is still better to be flexible over all. Build muscles and you'll live longer and have better quality of life. If you work on your feet only and ignore the body as a whole, it's also pointless. Fitness should be a holistic approach. Run with barefoot shoes, do body weight training and animal movements, build strength in not only your feet.
      To have strong flexible feet, I'd rather do climbing, run, or even do plyometrics training, stretch it, do tight rope walks, jump in it. That's how you learn to use your feet in a proper manner. Not just walking around barefoot.
