I'm pretty sure that the only actors that will carry over in the same role are the Peacemaker cast Ezra definitely won't stay because it'll be literally impossible to get insurance on a movie that features them in any major role Also, you shouldn't feel bad about projecting Wally's attributes onto Barry because that exactly what they did in the comics when Barry returned
I had no idea that's how they handled Barry in the comics. It's a shame that they haven't done more to separate the two, making use of differing personalities to tell differing stories. I hope they just jump straight to Wally West, and never bother trying to explain what comes before. But considering the end credits of The Flash, it seems like they plan to keep Mamoa as Aquaman? And if that's true, maybe Ezra can appear as a cameo to pass the torch? But it's probably easier to just fully cut those ties and move on from the previous DC era
I would say Larry Saperstein would be a good Jimmy he's a red head like Jimmy is in the comics, he's 25 so around the age most look for in Jimmy, and I could see him doing a nerdy Jimmy who just got out of college comes to the Planet around the same time Clark does, and becomes Clark and Lois's intern cameraman
There's a time where I would have agreed with that. But I think he's been playing it too safe for too long. Jumanji is the only movie I can name in the last 10 years where he felt like he was playing a character, instead of just being "The Rock". The time before that was probably Pain & Gain?
I don't want Ezra to actually carry forward as The Flash in this universe. But I wouldn't be surprised if DC used them again as Barry Allen - even if it were a brief cameo. Like a passing of the torch to Wally. Likely, they'll just cut ties with Ezra, and I'm fine with that.
@@2leftframes yeah like I said that is not going to happen did you see the box office for Flash and also he is a toxic personality so I doubt it im sure we will never see him in any way just recast the Flash in this new universe and don't remind anyone that Ezra Miller ever played the Flash so he does not ruin the character or the brand i think they will take a long time before they try to reintroduce a new Flash to the DCU I hope this is not true but they might think he tarnished the brand too much like how they did not put Green lantern in any live action movie for so long because of the Green lantern film and how it ruined the character in so many people's eyes just like Ezra Miller and his god awful film
@@2leftframes DC just wanted people to think he might come back so people would go see that trash movie but after it came out they will not bring him back to be honest I think they are not letting to many old characters from the DCEU into the DCU maybe not even Aquaman and that movie made a billion dollars so Ezra Miller doesn't have a chance of returning DC just lied and said he might come back so people would see the movie but now that it is out he is out for sure it also mega bombed and I'm so happy it did even if I want a good Flash movie I'm a big fan of the character and the CW TV show but Ezra Miller ruined the movie and the movie is like a 1/10 awful film

I gave it something like a 5 or 6 /10 in my own review. But with all the controversy and baggage, it'll be best to give someone else a shot.
@@2leftframes yeah give the role to some one else your so right about that recast asap I did not mind his acting he was irritating and annoying but that was part of the characters he was so unlikeable and off-putting he did not do a great job either the CGI is abysmal in the film lol when they do recast the Flash it would be cool if they changed his character I just want to like the Flash as a character in a live action movie give him a good personality and make him likeable finally at least he was in Zack Snyder's Justice League the only time the Flash was ever cool in a movie I did not like his version of Barry Allen but at least he was kind of cool in that the character not the actor I mean Ezra Miller yikes

My thinking was that a hefty role like this would be a perfect pillar for his career, while he transitions away from playing humungous muscle-trucks. Something that focuses more on the character and his intellect! I imagine Gunn will find something juicy to bite into down the line :)
If Gunn goes for Mercy i could see Pom Klementiff, especially after Mission Impossible and his tendency to cast his friends
