Stop this "Gianni's isn't the closer" argument against him. Shaq wasn't the closer either but was still the best player in the league during that Lakers run. Being a closer is NOT a requirement for being the best in the league. Also "best" and "most skilled" are NOT the same thing. Shaq was never the most skilled player in the league.
All of these "closer" arguments need to be put to rest after he dropped 50 in a closeout Finals game. That's the DEFINITION of clutch, closing, whatever you wanna call it.
