28 years is too long and unreasonable a time period. No wonder the case outlives the person . The SC has yday said that the judges cannot give " tareek pe tareek " anymore. That will percolate down to the HC and District courts.

If the judgment from lower courts are over ruled by upper courts since they are not as per the law or rules then why there’s no punishment for passing a wrong judgement? The advocate arguing that case to a wrong judgement inspite there’s laws are not punished? So why our legal system is so corrupt that the victim is punished even by courts? Who’s responsible? Conclusion or awareness in this is if you are willing to spend money by hiring expensive advocates can do everything they wish.
