Kate Davidson MBE - Graduation speech July 2024

Recently awarded an MBE in the 2022 New Years Honours for services to bereaved people during Covid-19, Kate has held various CEO and director level roles at Dignity - one of the UK’s largest bereavement services and end-of-life care providers.
With over 15 years’ experience in the bereavement and end-of-life sector, Kate began her career in funerals and crematoria within Local Government, later joining Dignity plc in nationwide management and strategic roles spanning eight years. She completed an Executive MBA with the cohort 5 at the Shard in early 2020.
