Still really enjoying this one. Eric has lost popularity as a person to some degree (in the UK, due to some of his views and things), but his music will always be there. I've never listened to too much Eric, but it's really good fun jamming along to this and trying to capture some of his vibe.
@@mgw4205 In many ways, he was indeed right. Immigration was royally fucked up from the start, not planned or monitored correctly. And when you get such problems, it makes it worse for all the decent, honest immigrants as people tend to view things in binary, black and white terms.
The fun thing on this one is to simply mix together blues with Aeolian. You can swap between those two flavours or mix them up, nice smooth lines which have elements of both. Also the tempo is nice for blues but you can shred too!
oh shid using the relative major sounds great i feel like you've said this before but it really adds something else, even when the chord isn't listed? in 1 way or another i feel like that chord always gets thrown around somewhere somehow?? lol
@@nowyoushred lol.. i mean basically just going from Dminor to F Major, simply because F is a 3rd above D, so i would highlight the notes of F major when I was in D minor, but i don't think you had it listed here as a chord to play. and i find that it doesn't sound too bad.
@@warpig2786 Yeah dude, it works great! The other way around (playing the minor on the relative major) can be a little tricky though, since the root of the minor is the major 6... so it sound a little... jazzy
