SAKI staring at the fish trapped in the bowl in Nemophila "Style" video, and in this video staring at herself in the TV box while getting up and walking away projects a lot.
I'll add a 3rd call for Saki's single Brightness as well! Also you were wondering who the drummer is on this track.... it's the legendary Senri Kawaguchi!!!!! She is a great drummer ♥️ more known for her jazz/fusion style but bottom line can play anything she wants!!! You definitely need to check her out!!!
The first time I heard this, along with loving Saki's wonderful playing (and the fact that it's a prog-metal composition that actually goes beyond the all-too-typical "canvas for solo'ing" trope and hits you in the heart, too), I was wondering "my GOD, who the hell is this drummer?!?" Then I checked the credits: Senri Kawaguchi. Yeah, okay...that explains much! One of the best drummers on the planet... She's known more for jazz fusion, but as this shows, she can absolutely rock the roof off. Fred Leclercq on bass, too!
The artwork on Saki's Marshall amp is of Santa Muerte. (Santisima muerte) en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_Muerte There are many variations of artwork Saki's being one of them.
Sounds like a lot of Hizaki influence in there, though he's a bit more Neo-classical. "Rosary Sonata" "Race Wish" are two of my most favorite instrumentals from him. Saki is awesome as always. Disappointed she left Nemo, but Hazuki is a monster riff meister; Just check out her short demos for Ibanez th-cam.com/video/WFw5nOd841Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6wdQUv22bYeyQoD6
@@bigbrutalbassbeer410 why ? Saki did Nemophila as a side project now she got them famouse and she can move on and her x account says she is still guitarist in Mary's Blood and x Nemophila I dont have anything against Nemophila but they are capeable to stand on their own feets and us who followed Saki from Destrose days knows she is better in Mary's Blood than in Nemophila
@@notwokevikingrules401 Saki didn’t get Nemophila famous, they did that themselves as a band. And just because Saki may be a better fit in Mary’s Blood or as a solo artist has no bearing at all on one or the other being “better”.
@@notwokevikingrules401. This is just an opinion. A band is only as good as their weakest link. Saki-San is absolutely one of the best shredders in Japan, and I will always support her. However, Nemophila was and still is a gift from the Heavens. There is serious talent there. True, Saki supported their early days, but arguably Nemophila increased Saki’s notoriety on a global level. Yes she was well known before with Mary’s Blood and Destrose, but probably not to her current extent. Sadly, I missed her about 10 years ago in Houston Texas. Nemophila will be just fine as will Saki. I will continue to support both entities. Again, just an opinion

Great song from a beautiful musical genius. 🤘🎸🔥

I second her “Brightness” video. Fabulous talent that I will always support.

You need to check out her "Brightness" video from a couple years ago. She's got some moves to go along with her shredding

A mix of Dream Theatre and Joe Satriani 🤘🏻👍
It’s a cool instrumental. I really like it.
That's exactly what I liked in Nemophila's music... I have my answer as to who I should follow in the nfuture. ;-)
I sent you a good picture of her Marshall cabinet via your email.
Raising my hand for SAKI "Brightness" as well.
I'm not sure if you've heard of them or not, if you haven't you should check out Rolling Quartz. It's K-Rock.
Saki is still in Mary's Blood they are on hiatus
should of stayed with Nemophilia
no they not as good as Mary's Blood

Bruh. Come on. Like who you like, but a comment like this is unwarranted nonsense.💪🏻🤘🏻
