Its working for me , but the sysnthesizer is only working in us if i change in another country it gives me error .

Sadly, this does not work for me. I followed the video exactly and at 6:00 or
Line : Central.registerEngineCentral("com.sun.speech.freetts.jsapi.FreeTTSEngineCentral");
It says, "Central cannot be resolved" in the line and "import javax.speech.Central;" is not accessible for me.
