I can relate to this comment completely. And, when the time comes I will be leaving my environment.. Currently, in the process of a big shift in energy and deep transformation with my inner world. Everything around me no longer resonates with my soul anymore.. Taking a leap in faith and allowing myself and the universe to be guided in the direction that is intended for me.

    Locs tips
    - Sleep with a bonnet or satin scarf to avoid lint
    - Spray bottle with aloe Vera, grape seed or olive oil, Lemon grass or tea tree oil and water.. helps a lot
    - Rose water is great as well
I think you will look great with locs.. if there’s anything you don’t like about it (size, parting.. etc) fix it in the beginning don’t wait.
    Much love 🤍

Did anyone else get strong van life vibes while watching this?? The part where you were doing your smoothie and doing your little dance in the car brought brought me back to those van life days! It was good seeing y'all together like the old days. You three are a beautiful family and are immensely blessed and beyond inspirational. I'm gonna pretend that it didn't look like he spent the night because I am going to wait here impatiently while I wait for y'all to formally get back together. Even though you two aren't together you can still feel the love and chemistry between y'all.

I am sorry to know that you and Matt have broken up but it seems to be a blessing. Matt is growing and finding his own path and you seems happy and healthy as usual. I am so happy Matt he is acting mature and being responsible for the sake of such a beautiful child. I am smiling when you talked about locs. It is so typical of us women to do dramatic things with our hair after a breakup. I cut off my whole hair when I separated from my husband. I guess it is a part of healing. I love your videos and I wish nothing but the best for both you and Matt as you go on this journey of knowing yourselves.

    Queen,
I've been following your channel for years. Back to the van life days. I am so inspired by your life journey. This video is a masterpiece, definitely my favorite so far. I'm definitely getting something from the reserve. I love maca and have been looking for a reliable source.
Also, getting locs will be the best decision you ever make! I'll be 6 months loc'd on October 30th. My favorite thing about them is the amount of time I save getting ready. I just spray water on my locs and go. What works for my locs is spraying only water on them. I don't put oil unless I'm doing my retwist (every 3 months), in that case I use castor oil. I have 4c hair, I felt like my locs weren't absorbing water well because I was putting oil on my hair daily. Once I stopped, my hair loc'd up quickly and thickened. Locs will suit your beautiful face perfectly, sis. Can't wait to see them! ❤️❤️❤️

Just do your research (parting style, loc size, retwist vs interlock, products, regimen) and see what works best for you cuz some ppl will push what they believe is best. I love your attitude to your relationship and fighting for it. I was in a waiting room yesterday and a lady was devastated about her 'failing' relationship (she was openly chatting to her mate over the phone) . I left before if could say something but that was the universe saying its not my part. However, what I got was that right now the energy on the planet is driving so much pressure and frustration on us all. I'm so grateful to hear when people put the time into their partnerships. We need, as a matter of urgency, people, couples, families, to come together in unison. Please don't give up on your love. We often just grow, and sometimes apart. It's all about accepting ourselves (not each other) in those moments ❤️❤️❤️

Sooooo excited for your loc journey!! It’s going to be so revealing. Advice, water is your friend!!! Wash your hair on your normal routine, using a stocking cap in the begin if your afraid of them unraveling in the washing process. DILUTE DILUTE DILUTE your conditioner if you choose to use it. You can dilute your shampoo as well (saves and stretches the products) this habit pays off especially as your hair matured and gets longer. Embrace the Frizz in the beginning and most of all… ENJOY the journey!!!!

It's good to have that person with a clear view that doesn't know anything about either side so they can't automatically form opinions which is usually what happens with family members. Nice video. I’m happy to see you and Matt and baby Aura coexisting together. Who knows what the future will hold, but I love that your foundation is based on Love.
I want to share some wisdom with you from my own walk and I hope it resonates with you. One of the biggest lessons my husband and I learned is that we have to draw a line between us and our family and friends. Yes, you want to share and get advice BUT you have to remember that while you may work on or move on from something your family and friends may have a different perspective and can hold things that you let go of forever. Now that isn’t to say that you cut them completely out, but their walk IS NOT YOUR WALK. Meaning momma may want one thing, sister may think something else and Dad may think something else and they may all think things because of what you share or don’t share, it is a complicated situation and it can add an extra element of stress to your relationship.
My husband and I are the very best of friends, honestly we are past the whole marriage thing, we are life partners (we ARE legally married) and yet I am my own individual person and so is he. I have my life and thoughts and interests and my own mind and so does he. What I love most is that my partner allows me to be my own woman and supports my walk. He isn’t trying to control or conform me and vice versa. We don’t always get along, but honestly our disagreements are few and far between and when we do disagree there is this spirit of respect and understanding that is our foundation. And that is our personal journey. We learn, we grow and we evolve as people and as a couple. We don’t involve our family and friends in those things because once you open the door to that, it is very hard to close it. For us a lot of things are worked out in a discussion of mutual respect and then we just continue to live.
I share all of this to say, as you try to find a walk that is good for both of you, realize that you will both will need to heal individually in order to have a successful relationship and you will have to set boundaries for your friends and family when it comes to your relationship.
I wish you well. Many blessings.

Kundalini also assists with the opening of the 3rd eye if you’re breath is focused. The cerebral fluid that starts to release during kundalini from our sacral chakra flows up our spine and stimulates our mitochondria and pineal to then essentially open it! For those that may not know! Powerful tool specifically for opening the 3rd eye! ♥️

Loved that you said pics and not dreadlocks. There is was nothing dreadful about them. I loc’d for 10 years and then one day just wanted to change so I cut them off. You’re going to look and feel beautiful with them. Enjoy the process 🥰

Yayyyyyyyy Welcome to the Loc Family! Yours will be beautiful 😻 Mine are semi freeformed… separating them to prevent one big loc… I feel so free… 18 months in…. Beginning can be a challenge…. Not for the faint of heart… but if you truly trust your hair to bestow all of its blessings upon you after allowing it freedom… The Love between you is indeed Magical 👑

May it all be for the greater good of all involved. Can't wait to see you in your loc's it's how I have always seen you. In my head. Lol. May you continue to grow, and work on yourselves. Greetings Sis,
I have had locs for two years, my main tips are
    1. Less is more, dont use a whole heap of oil as it makes your hair attract and absorb everything
2.Watch Yannie the locologist as she provided wholesome knowledge
3.This is honestly one of the best decisions, it like a catalyst for wisdom and deep understanding. When I want answers I subconsciously touch my hair to find it
    Love you sis✊🏿

Your BREATH WORK break down 🔥, and thank you! I’ve learned that from a young lady who is SO DOPE, then to see you do it AWESOME! Continue to GROW, 27 years of marriage, continue to be NOT PERFECT , but PERFECT for each other! Be HONEST with YOURSELF, and you both are INDIVIDUALS sharing your JOURNEYS with each other, always remember you both are part of each other’s journey, but nothing the JOURNEY that is yours to VALIDATE! You are NEVER too old TO GROW ! Unless your no longer living you should always be GROWING, much ❤️❤️❤️❤️SIS to you and your family! Truly you are a 💎, and that’s rare to find🎤💫💫💫💫💫

My only tip for locs (I’ve had mine for 9 years) just be patient. That’s all locs teach you, patience and love for your beautiful natural hair. Use clean, natural products to clean and style them and that’s it. I use oils and natural shampoos and conditioners. But it’s a fun and amazing journey and I wouldn’t change it.

I’ve been watching since you and Matt were doing the van life and I just love how real and pure the content is. I’m happy to see you two consciously healing individually and as a family.
I have been interested in Kundalini Yoga for a while, so I’m looking forward to you speaking on your experiences with it more and any good resources you recommend. I already do some pranayama practice and it is very healing.
I locked my hair 6 years ago and it is still the best decision I ever made for my hair. It is a wonderful personal journey that will challenge you in the beginning stages (I really dislike that people call it the ugly stage - it is really just making you confront any long standing programming relating to beauty standards that you need to release) but I have never felt more beautiful and feminine. Keep it simple and do what’s best for you and your lifestyle and your hair will thrive. I literally just shampoo, oil and retwist once a month and mist my hair with distilled water every day for moisture. Started them myself with finger coils and didn’t follow a grid pattern. I just let my hair separate where it naturally wanted to.
And yes to us women embracing our divine feminine. Sorry for the long comment but this video really spoke to me. 😊

Hey there beautiful! It's always lovely to see the transformation of your home and you as a being. Inspired to show up and speak up because of your existence on this platform. So far for my fall garden, I'm attempting to grow snap peas for the first time which are growing faster than expected and just harvested a few sweetie tomatoes, rainbow swiss chard, and rainbow tatsoi this week. Those seem to do really well for where I am zone 7a/7b. But other than some classic herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary and basil), Canna lilies are blooming and seeding. Had a chance to harvest thai basil, tatsoi, canna lily, and celosia seeds this year which is a first. And on the second round of carrots which I'll get to see the difference in growing them in different seasons.... As for the locs, welcome to the journey! I started my locs in January and it has been freakin' wonderful. All I can say is patience and from what I see, I dont doubt that you'll enjoy them! As always, thank you for sharing what you do!!! I know you and your family are blessed!!!!

This was so beautiful, big heart energy to you guys! It is an honor and a gift to be witness to y'alls life, the ebb and flow of change and growth. Being authentic to not only yourselves and each other but to thousands of people across the world is admirable and downright inspiring. In truth, I believe every soul can and would benefit from therapy, and that couples counseling/therapy needs to be normalized. Y'all are doing the work and regardless of the outcome will be stronger, healthier people/parents for it. Blessings of light and love from Ohio - take care all ❤️

My Spring garden here in Australia is booming 🌈✨ I think it'll be my biggest season yet. My garden is overflowing with sunflowers and herbs, zucchini popping up all over, self seeded tomatoes of all varieties going nuts, grapes, passionfruit, nectarines, persimmons and apricots fruiting, flowers of so many varieties, sunny calendula in abundance being collected daily, endless greens and no sign yet of my corns , cucs, melons or pumpkins, but it's been an on and off start with weather. A labour of love ✨🌈 Potatoes and garlic going in today with the help of my little 3.
    Garden blessings to all ✨

Keep the energy pure when starting your journey. Only allow one person to do them. DONT get them done every two weeks. Let them take the way. Wait a month or two to do a touch up. Keep them pure.
