You don’t destroy demons. You identify with them and integrate them. Then they empower you. If you fear them and refuse to identify with them then they will overcome you.
Identifying with them is the last thing you want to do. You actually learn to merely observe them and not react to them, and they lose their grip over you. This is how you conquer them.

yes in rig veda , in the 10th mandala in 125th shlok there is devi suktam. where devi's mahima is mentioned.
And there are nearly 7 -8 Shakta upanishads like Bahvricha upanishad, Tripura tapini upanishad etc.
Even goddess Saraswati is also Rig vedic deity. And goddess Kaalratri is also indirectly told.
Sree Suktam and Ratri suktam are also Vedic.
And it is belived by shaktas that The dominant goddess of Atharva veda is Atharvana Bhadrakali who is none other than Pratyangira.
Even Mundaka upanishad mentions the name of Kali.
in taittriya upanishad goddess Durga is called Durgih.
None of you guys get why these depictions show so many arms. It’s about consciousness and pervasive consciousness and thought form energy penetrating your counterparts. You can help yourself manifest for your Self all time is relative. You are the artist, manufacturer deliverer and reaper for yourself.
