THANK YOU! my PC broke and I had to start using my Mac which doesn't recognize virtual printers. I had previously used BullZIP on my PC to save, but it isn't possible for the MAC since it's a virtual printer. With your video, I was able to save it as a PDF then open it in Adobe illustrator and then save it as whatever type file I want. I feel like this method is better than the screenshot method, which I think loses a lot of quality. THANKS AGAIN!!
