Hey thanks man, all is great. Been awhile so figured I'd get a couple more videos out. Slowly putting together a 1v1 tutorial type video next, might be a few days yet before it's finished though xd
By my way of looking at it, yes it does. The no roll script is another very prevalent one since it's also built into ETJK. It's entirely possible to avoid forced rolls without scripting, but it's something that requires some degree of discipline to do. Even then, you will be forced into a roll from time to time, because no one plays perfect all the time. Whereas a no roll script you don't ever have to develop that skillset, or worry about when and when not to crouch. Can just do it at any time with no fear of it failing you. That said it doesn't mean I dislike or hold any sort of anger towards people who do these things. It's fairly commonplace in JKA, and has been since I started playing back in 2018 or whenever it was I started, so I've more or less just accepted it's how it is lol Glad you enjoyed the vid though! :P
Thanks for the Jump Height Command, and i tried, but never could go lower than 62. That low Jump command in the EternalJK, is it allowed to be used in Pure Servers, tournaments, etc?
@@ИвенИванов-ъ4я scripts for low jump and noroll are accepted and allowed unless things have changed. I consider both to be cheating personally, but they have widespread use for years now
it's just the base game of jedi academy. There's a ton of maps / skins / mods for the game though, you can browse the website here if you didn't know about it: jkhub.org/
@@ИвенИванов-ъ4я umm I forget exactly what it is off the top of my head. I know its /cg_speedometer followed by a number. I think it was /cg_speedometer 5 but if not just try some other numbers and you'll find it
TPR = third person range. its like FOV except it doesn't affect your vision like fov would by zooming everything out and making it harder to see best way i can put that. and a script is well, a script. someone writes a .cfg file with what they want it to do (or they use the built in scripts on the game client) and they execute it in the console. Its essentially having a robot doing the actions you want perfectly 100% of the time, like the low jump script vlad shows off in this video
I agree that lowjump script is technically cheating in the vanilla jka client, but in jof where you are just expected to play with eternaljk it has kind of become the standard game client, so the lowjump bind is no more dependant on third party software. It still could be called cheating, but it's such a small difference compared to manual lowjumps and the lowjumps in general play such a small role, at least on jof, that the bind is not so relevant because it doesn't have much of an impact on the gameplay
People can rationalize it all they like, but to me it's very cut and dry. Scripts automate an aspect of gameplay, how effective it is and the impact it has on gameplay can be debated, but it isn't really relevant to me, it's cheating regardless. But like I said, I'm not out here hating people for using it if they do. By the time I started playing, everyone was on the eternal client which has all this built into it anyway, so I'm well used to seeing it.
small difference compared to manual lowjump? that's disingenuous imo, lowjump script is frame perfect, no jump cooldown, and 100% perfect consistency, and lower jumps than manual across jump levels and fps. a manual lowjumper cannot ever hope to use a true low jump as effectively as a lj scripter. it's a large advantage and it trivializes one of the tougher techniques in the game, despite it being widely accepted I think it's still bad for the game.
Can you send me wiggle script please
Shoutout to all the Jedis that refuse to script, all six of them 🔥
This is what makes me like the console scene a lot since there are no scripting while playing through console ^^
Miss the videos brotha! Hope all is well

@@vladums very excited to watch this and the next one you have planned.
If you set fps to 500 you can get super low jumps. The downsides aren't worth it though.
Yeah I tried that ages ago, was kinda funny to mess around with. But it definitely made movement feel very awkward lol
I think I only use +duck, does that make me a cheater? :P Good vid as always
