  • Prof David Nutt presents a talk followed by Q&A on cannabis, exploring its history, political context, what we are learning about cannabis-based medicines and how they can be accessed in the UK.
He includes some of our latest data from T21, Drug Science's medical cannabis registry - the largest study of its kind in Europe - looking at how medical cannabis is proving effective for helping with general health, mood and sleep, anxiety, PTSD and chronic pain.

I am a UK legal Medical Cannabis patient. I receive cannabis medicine every month in the post, completely legally. Its the best thing thats ever happened to me, medically speaking. The benefits are immeasurable for my conditions.
Cant thank you enough for your dedication to evidence based policy, esp in regard to Medical Cannabis.
    ♥️🙏🏽☀️
    Bless you !

    Four prescriptions?
    That's appalling.
I couldn't possibly tell you where I get mine.
It's illegal, I must consort with criminals.
I don't wish to, but you know, laws...
    🙄 ❤ 🙏

My prediction: sorting out all the highly complex interactions of cannabinoids, terpenoids, the human genome, etc with effects on humans, will require the power of quantum computing to analyze satisfactorily

The UK is a truly awful country - I hate living here - I'm now living where a sheep dubbed 'the world's loneliest sheep' was recently rescued from - I just can't handle the British people's mentality - or the fascist regime which have completely destroyed my life - I was born in 1971 - I have attempted to write a better message than this but it keeps messing up for some reason - Anyway - thanks for all you do David - best wishes - Ewan Russel. 🃏
