Small world lol. The guy who was standing behind you Eric at 5:57 exactly is the Principal of the Nepalese School in Tokyo if I’m not mistaken. I once spoke to him years ago about a teaching job there. We did it over Skype and I’m pretty sure that’s him! It’s not every day that you recognize someone halfway across the world in one of your favorite channels videos 😊
Btw the lady selling the wagyu was quite a piece of work too lol. Her English was excellent 😊

You had me at Fish Market. Japan would be paradise for me.....I prefer seafood over beef, pork or chicken. So many ways to eat the delights of the deep. Nobody eat Eel here in the States but I grew up in Germany where Eel is and to see how Japan prepares it....yum. Thanks for taking us on a great tour
