I did! I got my first triplex earlier this year and closing on a four plex at the moment. This is just the beginning, the learning curve will be steep, but I’ll keep taking the next step forward.
@@jethro9341 I love your enthusiasm. I’m playing the long game, I wasn’t comfortable with the no-money-down or bird-dogging strategies. It took some time to accumulate the knowledge and cash to get started. I love being fired up by TH-camrs but I think it’s important that everyone examine their unique situation and does what’s right for them, when it works for them.

Why finance with an FHA loan, when you can use a Conventional 97 and not pay PMI?
Because your LTV limits change under a conventional loan depending on the number of units under the house. FHA loan is always 3.5 percent down for 1-4 units.
