Honda Odyssey 2... Idle Surge, Late Night Idle Control Valve Motor Replacement

Customer states P0505 code and surging idle on 2000 Honda Odyssey.
Reviving the Odyssey to get it back on the road for summer 2024. Step one is to deal with the surging idle and then send it on the road for further testing and observation.

Damn. Even the steering wheel has mold. Very humid climate or leaking car?

Cool humid winter conditions and it sat for 6mo… might be leaking too you never know.
