R did the Nazi soviet pact Moscow 1942- c visits stalin, not productive. Mediterranean strategy discussed and C doesn't want to open 2nd front. S thinks it wld end the war faster. 1943 Casablanca- R agrees on some of M strategy invasion on Cicily and Italy shld go ahead. They also met in Quebec- R wanted a French invasion and Churchill wanted to start a balkhan war. Tehran- R disillusioned w C's decisions.
Churchill was arguably the worst ever leader of the Conservative Party. He lost the popular vote in all 3 of the general elections he led them and was a white supremacist alcoholic.

To me , as conservative , Churchill was the best , like UK conservatorism and monarchy too .
