If Nintendo actually collaborated with McDonald's and made Nintendo DS toys, They'd be rereleased Multi Screen Game and Watch titles.
Or better yet, impressive one screen Pixel Matrix remakes of N64 titles like Super Mario 64 or StarFox 64.

Mostly likely a "NES on a Chip" or Famiclone, so no emulation going on but an actual reverse engineered NES implementation. Used to be super common in these knock off games before cheap ARM CPUs became the norm. I presume they still have lots of stock they're trying to push out the door in whatever form they can.

When I was 7-10 years old in the 80s all I played on was the NES, loved it. For $14 I might have a punt for a bit of nostalgia. I would immediately take it apart to try and fix the screen alignment, would drive me nuts!!

You know what i want? A device that plays columns and Snow Bros and thats it. Just those 2 games on a handheld device with a backlit screen. Thats all i want

I'd love this if it played SNES roms and did them well. It's actually a cute looking console and I do have a guilty pleasure of buying chinese knock off things. Idk I just like the aesthetic and I just wish they would have made an emulation machine with this decent looking device.

I understand this if you’re on a small budget, but I managed to find a used but near perfect condition NDS light on eBay for around 20 GBP. If you look hard enough you’ll probably be able to find a cheap official DS selling for not much more than this.

You know I have to admit it's pretty amazing that this is $14. I mean we couldn't even get a backlight screen on a GBA back in the day right? We need a museum dedicated to these ripoff consoles and handhelds. They're really intriguing even though they seem to all have the same games lol.

What if, the knock-offs of the future, for instance a knock off of the ps8, would have the specs of a ps4? Or like the Nintendo Future (invented a name) would have the specs of a Nintendo switch? That would be the day were I will release, I am old as hell. Like if you agree.
Probably not. Technology is increasing more and more and the economy is getting worse and worse. If anything, I’d expect that the ps8 would maybe have around the specs of the ps1 by then
Dude love your content, but the echo on your audio is killing me. I’d recommend applying a simple echo remover it does wonders. CrumplePop makes an amazing one.

looking at this I'd say that I would rather have spend 6 bucks more for the fake playdate given the choice between the two... but I am surprised that it play this well for such a low price fake... but i would never buy this simply because that alignment of the screen or lack of.... it would 100% drive me nuts to a point where it would get slammed to the ground
Do a teardown. See if you can adjust that screen. If they do black ones you could swap buttons. And what part of UK are you from? Sounds a bit West Country to me 😂
